What are the shipping costs?:
Shipping is completely free with us.

We ship worldwide, to US, UK, AU, and EU

When will I receive my order?:
We ship the goods within 2-5 business days
Delivery time is estimated at approximately 7-12 business days* for high volumes and holidays

Where do you ship from?:
With the aim of focusing on the international market and offering delivery from warehouses located outside the EU. This enables fast delivery solutions no matter where you live.

Can I make a change to my order?
We can change your order if the package has not been shipped. If you have received the tracking number by email, it is too late to make changes as the package is already on its way to you.

Tracking for every order!
We offer tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product has been shipped. Please check your spam

What happens to lost or undelivered packages?:
If you have a package that has not been received after the estimated time, please use the "track my order" function and then wait for the extra days when the package is likely on its way.
Return/Exchange of the item
After returning an item, the customer is responsible for the risk of return shipping and must cover any costs associated with return shipping. When exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for any costs associated with round-trip shipping.

For returns/Refund policy:
To be aligble for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
