Please note that the international company YQXKA Network Technology Co., LTD is considered the seller of the products displayed on this website. Journe acts as the seller’s representative, managing sales channels, handling transactions and customer support, building brand awareness, and driving traffic and sales through marketing solutions. Journe is not responsible for deliveries, returns, or the import/export of products.

3. Products and Pricing

3.1 We strive to provide accurate information about products, including prices. Note that prices may vary depending on your location and delivery destination. For international sales, products may be priced in various currencies. YQXKA Network Technology Co., LTD will be the exporter, and any customs fees for orders shipped abroad may therefore be applied to the buyer (consumer).
3.2 We reserve the right to change prices due to supplier price adjustments, misprints in price listings, or incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly.
3.3 We are not liable for any misprints on this website, as well as product unavailability. We cannot guarantee that the images accurately represent the products, as there may be slight color differences depending on screen, image quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.
3.4 For a defective product or right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us before a repurchase process can be initiated. If approved, the customer will receive a return address, and the cost of shipping for the return must be covered by the buyer, as we do not offer free returns.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Once the order has been processed and handed over to the postal carriers, you will receive a delivery confirmation showing the tracking number for each order. With this tracking number, you can track the package via this website: https://www.17track.net/.
5.2 Orders that have received a delivery confirmation cannot be canceled, as the delivery is already initiated. By receiving a tracking number, the shipment has already been booked or dispatched.
5.3 Product delivery will be made in accordance with agreed delivery options. Note that international shipping may be subject to customs and fees.
5.4 By entering into a purchase agreement, you accept YQXKA Network Technology Co., LTD’s delivery times and shipping terms. More information can be found under “Shipping and Refunds.”
5.6 We reserve the right to charge 300 NOK for uncollected packages returned to us to cover return, labor, and processing costs.
5.7 Orders will automatically be delivered to the customer’s specified mailbox without requiring a signature. In special cases, they may be sent to a postal agent; if so, we will notify you in advance. Standard delivery will therefore be directly to the door with trackable shipping. By making a purchase on our website, the customer accepts this delivery option.

6. VAT and Taxes

6.1 VAT and taxes may vary depending on your location and delivery destination. YQXKA Network Technology Co., LTD is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to exports and taxes. The seller (YQXKA Network Technology Co., LTD) is responsible for proper reporting and payment of any taxes and fees as the seller from China.
6.2 This website serves as a platform between consumers and YQXKA Network Technology Co., LTD, allowing us to offer competitive prices to our customers. Note that YQXKA Network Technology Co., LTD is based outside the EU, and therefore we do not apply VAT on orders or use the IOSS or VOEC system. It is important to note that the customer is considered the taxpayer in these transactions and, as such, may be regarded as the importer and thus subject to import VAT depending on the country where the purchase is made.

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1 Product returns and refunds are handled by the seller per their return policy. Contact Journe for more information and proper guidance on returns and refunds.
8.2 When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal effective from the day you receive the order.
8.3 If a product is bought on sale, promotion, or discounted price, and if the packaging is opened or the product is used, the customer does not have the right to return, as the product must be able to be resold in its original condition. In this case, the 14-day return policy does not apply.
8.4 The customer must notify a withdrawal by email, including details such as reason, use of the return form, name, address, order number, and items for return.

8.5 The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to YQXKA Network Technology Co., LTD. The products should be well-packaged and sent in their original packaging to the address provided after contacting us. We reserve the right to deduct an amount that reflects the depreciation in value compared to the product's original condition in cases of use or damage. For returns under the right of withdrawal, we do not refund the original shipping fee that was charged at the time of dispatch. We are not liable for lost returns not received by YQXKA Network Technology Co., LTD. We reserve the right to charge a fee of 300 SEK for uncollected packages returned to us. This fee is to cover any return shipping, labor, and processing costs.

8.6 To validate a return, the customer must contact us for the correct return address.


9. Warranty and Liability

9.1.3 Journe accepts no liability for delays/faults caused by circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, labor disputes, fires, wars, governmental decisions, or diminished/missing deliveries from suppliers.

9.1.4 Additionally, we assume no responsibility for any changes to products or product features made by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
